Stainless steel piping systems
Von Laffert piping systems stand for maximum precision, purity and durability, developed for applications where quality cannot be compromised.
Tubes from the melt to the inspection of the finished end product, traceable from a single source, guarantee you consistently excellent results and safety!
Whether in test gas, calibration gas, calibration gas, laboratory gas or process gas and high-purity gas systems in science and research institutes as well as microchip production, the chemical industry, process engineering, apparatus engineering, heat exchanger production, food production or in pharmaceutical plant engineering:
von Laffert Rohrsysteme fulfil your requirements for purity, pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.
For increased surface and purity requirements for gaseous and liquid media, we offer you pipe systems that are designed for maximum process reliability and particle purity.
Materials and standards for our pipe systems
Von Laffert pipe systems are manufactured in accordance with the applicable standards DIN EN 10216-5 or DIN EN 10305-1 or ASTM A269/213, tolerances in accordance with DIN EN 10305-1 or DIN EN ISO 1127: D4/T3, ASTM A269 or ASTM A270. This enables us to guarantee dimensional accuracy, repeatability and compatibility with common connection systems. On request, we can also supply pipe systems in other materials in addition to 1.4435 1.4404-AISI 316L - each with test certificates in accordance with EN 10204 3.1.
Pipe systems made of material DIN 1.4435-AISI 316L as well as pipes made of V2A DIN 1.4301, 1.4306 1.4541 and V4A DIN 1.4404, 1.4571 Special materials e.g. Nickel-Alloy, Alloy-400, Alloy-600, Alloy-800, Alloy C-276, Alloy C-22, UNS904L DIN 1.4539, titanium DIN 3.7035, heat-resistant alloys such as DIN 1.4841, 1.4845, 1.4876, duplex and superduplex DIN 1.4410, 1.4462, 1.4501, 254-SMO, 6-MO, ring tubes, capillary tubes, thin-walled tubes and copper tubes.
Our production includes both welded and seamless pipe systems in various dimensions and wall thicknesses.
Thanks to state-of-the-art production technologies and seamless quality controls, we ensure that every system meets the highest standards of surface quality and tolerance.
This makes our pipe systems suitable for bolted system connections and orbital welded connections in gaseous and liquid cleanroom processes and vacuum technology.
Cleaning, surfaces and special versions of the pipe systems
We supply chemically defined oil and grease-free cleaned, pickled or electropolished pipe systems for your applications, which are used particularly in hygiene or media-critical areas.
In close cooperation with our customers, we supply optimised pipe solutions, precisely tailored to your system and process conditions.
Detailed material and dimensional information can be found on our page Technical data, while under Qualities to find out more about the available surface and purity levels of our pipe systems.
